Incoming Projects:

A.  Coaches Clinics
  • For all school and community based Coaches & Parents  in Metro Manila.
  • We will come to your schools and barangays and put on a private clinic for you.
  • Cost depends on number of participants.

Our coaching clinic is led by former and active PBA head coaches who are symphatetic and believe in educating grassroots coaches.  The clinic is offered to school and community based coaches and parents who want to know more about the game and how to run practices and games. This clinic is very popular and is offered for you in your town. Come prepared to participate and try all of the drills that you will be sharing with your players.

We will show you how to:

  • Make coaching fun for you and your players.
  • Use different and interesting teaching tools.
  • Develop a positive attitude towards your players.
  • Motivate and energize your approach. Develop shortcuts to teaching different fundamentals.
  • Provide safety tips to look for and be aware of.

In addition to receiving individual skill instruction and team fundamentals, students participate in our Life Skills Development Program. With this important training students will develop the emotional and cognitive skills necessary to overachieve at athletics and the day to day challenges of life. Sessions focus on how to set and achieve individual goals and show students how to develop personal leadership and maintain a positive psychological attitude. We also encourage sportsmanship in a competitive environment.

  • An opportunity to learn a trade that will pay a supplemental income as part-time work The only thing that QCAA will ask in return from its participants is to give back to the program and the community by helping the next generation of the young leaders as they move through the QCAA Sports Programs.
