FINALS WRITTEN EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS:

 1.  There will be a new website for the questionnaire.   The President of the class will download the written exam form for everyone to xerox on the day of the exam.

2.  The address of the website will be published on this webpage on or before October 1, 2006.  On this day you will find the link to this exam website.

3.  The questionnaire website  will be available for one day only.

4.  All will answers  this questionnaire  on the gym during our PE time

5.  Absentees on the exam day will be given new examination and will pass this on or before October 9, 2006

IMPORTANT:    NON-COMPLIANCE TO THE ABOVE INSTRUCTION WILL MEAN THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE COURSE AGAIN.

THE URL WILL BE POSTED ON THIS SITE ON OCTOBER 1, 2006  AT THE HOME PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE.

 NOTE:    Please do not leave your exam on my table without my presence for this will surely go to the garbage bin.  Submit it to me personally.
